Bears On The Loose

These little munchkins are coming to visit us today, and we just can't wait!

The forecast is lovely so we are planning to spend the afternoon at the zoo. They should fit right in with the other cute animals.

I just really love him. 

And I've been loving Salt n' Pepa lately too because I keep singing "Push It" around the house.

  Now I'm sure I'll be singing "Whatta Man" as well.

Happy Birthday Seester!

Today is a very exciting birthday for my sister. She is turning 30! She is kind, thoughtful, and a surprisingly mischievous person. We had a lot of fun (and a few fights) growing up, and she is one of my dearest friends now. Many of my fondest memories include her, and so will my future ones!

I came across this picture of Miss B from our engagement session a few years ago.

Tiny Rock Star

I watched my friend's little boy the other week and couldn't help but snap a few pics of his adorableness. Love his little man shoes. He headed straight for Kurt's "tee-tar" and started strumming away. I wanted to keep him.

Something Pretty

Lovely anniversary flowers, the same kind I carried in my wedding bouquet. 

Over two weeks later and they are still gorgeous.

How cute are these guys? They can cure any case of the Mondays.

We talk about getting a second dog (in the future), and bulldogs are on that list. Bailey and a bulldog would be too funny together. For now, this picture that my mom sent me from a bulldog rescue will have to hold us over.

Coffee With a Side of Pretty

We love exploring local coffee shops. 

Kurt drinks a lot of coffee so it's a good way to spend time together. 

Vint on Frankfort Ave is our favorite so far. The coffee is delicious.

 Plus they serve wine and beer. Extra plus, the shop is beautiful and so is the view.

We Went On A Walk

We enjoyed the beautiful weather the other weekend and took Miss B on a leisurely stroll.

All Hallow's Eve Chalkboard

Our kitchen features a new over sized chalkboard for fun messages,

 menus and keeping track of our schedules. 

 Kurt pointed out that on Wednesday we are eating stuffed "mush". 

Don't worry, it's mushrooms. I only feed him mush on special occasions.
